In addition to daily QA tests, we also subscribe to independent and periodic food safety audits to ensure we are delivering on our food safety promise. As an extra precaution we work with food safety experts like Silliker.
The Silliker GMP (Good Manufacturing Processes) food safety audit provides important guidelines for the production of safe, high quality foods. Some of the audit criteria include Food Safety Systems, Quality Systems, Employee Practices, Plant Sanitation and Processing. Tiffany Gate Foods scored a 97% rating which is deemed "excellent".
