We have always taken food safety very seriously, and that is why we work closely with HACCP, CFIA, USDA, and Silliker protocols. We have had one re-call incident to test a claim of food-borne illness. The testing proved there was nothing in our food or practices, or facility that would warrant a health hazard. Nevertheless, we continue with our due diligence when it comes to everyday food safety.

We wanted to share some important food safety information with you as we believe food safety does not end at our facility. Some of the practices we employ, you can incorporate into your kitchen habits as follows:

Clean – Wash Hands and Surfaces Often
Separate – Don't Cross-Contaminate
Chill – Refrigerate Promptly
Cook – Cook to Proper Temperatures
